Meet Dr. Skorupko
About Dr. Skorupko
I have always wanted to be a dentist and follow in the footsteps of my grandfather and uncle. I like the fact that dentistry, especially implant dentistry, uses both my technical skills and my more artistic side. The most important thing to me is to take good care of my patients, to make sure they are satisfied not just right after we work on them, but in the long term.
I graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 1993 and went on to get advanced certifications in implant dentistry, complex dental surgery, and sedation dentistry for fearful patients. I would say my approach to dentistry is meticulous and conservative—I believe in using proven techniques that create long-lasting, healthy results. As a person, I’m a perfectionist, so we do most procedures, including gum surgery, implants, and cosmetic restorations, right here in the office where I can make sure they are done right. Both of my offices are clean, comfortable, and beautiful to help my patients feel relaxed and like they are in good hands.
My patients say that I have a very gentle touch, which is partly due to my experience and training, and partly because I use the very best equipment to make sure they are comfortable and the procedures are pain-free. While I incorporate the latest technology, I also try to make sure that patients can afford the procedures we offer at my practice. Keeping prices reasonable is another way that we show how much we care for people.
